Corporate partnerships

CAPT offers cost-effective and mutually beneficial opportunities to work in partnership. We raise awareness among parents, grandparents and trusted professionals working with families in communities UK-wide. Your company gains from increased brand exposure and association with a trusted safety charity.

Below are a few examples of the corporate partnership opportunities we offer:

Sponsor Child Safety Week

Child Safety Week is CAPT’s flagship campaign, with proven impact on parents’ knowledge and behaviour. Held in the last full week of June, it reaches millions through media coverage and local events.

Your sponsorship will help us deliver this high profile and well-established safety education campaign. Our sponsorship packages offer considerable brand exposure and awareness raising opportunities.

Sponsor our safety resources

Sponsoring our resources is a great way to reach parents, carers and trusted professionals UK-wide. Last year we distributed over 630,000 copies of our acclaimed picture-based advice booklets, leaflets, posters and DVD packs.

Cause-related marketing

Some of our corporate partners donate a set amount per product sold. Research shows that customers are more likely to buy products that support good causes.

Join our Corporate Partners Scheme

For a set amount annually you can support the work of CAPT, promote your business on our website and help save the lives of children.

Other opportunities

There are many other ways your company can help us. Why not adopt us as your Charity of the Year? Or think about payroll giving, gifts in kind, employee fundraising or secondments? They’re all great ways to motivate your employees and enhance the value of your brand.

To discuss any of these opportunities, email safe@capt.org.uk or call 0207 608 3828.

A word from our partners

Bitrex is one of CAPT’s oldest and most valued partners, and has sponsored Child Safety Week for 16 years. The high profile activity in and around Child Safety Week has included press coverage, ideas booklets for local organisers and leaflets for parents. It has helped to alert parents to the dangers of child poisoning and greatly supported professional who work with families in the community.

Cameron Smith, Bitrex Business Manager, says:

“The fact that we are in our 17th year of sponsorship with  Child Safety Week is an indication of the strength of our relationship with CAPT. Child Safety Week is a vital part of maintaining awareness about how to protect children from accidents of all types. But our relationship with CAPT goes further. We share research and work together throughout the year to get information about the prevention of poisoning to parents, professionals and policy makers. Our relationship shows how well business and charities can work together, drawing on our compatible strengths.”
